Information: Free to attend for caregivers! Light refreshments will be provided and each caregiver attending will receive a $25 gift card to cover your caregiving responsibilities in your absence or for your own self-care. Come feel supported while learning ways to promote self-care. Free to attend, but registration is required and space is limited. Call Jeanette at the Sanders County Extension office 406-827-7136 to enroll. (Enrollment closes on January 30 so supplies can be shipped to our office.)
